Terms and Conditions For Hinterland Acreage and Rural Contracting

Introduction

Hinterland Acreage and Rural Contracting (HARC) is a company that specialises in providing a range of Rural Contracting services to Rural Property owners and managers in the Sunshine Coast region and surrounds. Please read our Terms and Conditions.

By accessing or using HARC’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services

HARC provides a range of services, including:

• Acreage and Rural Fencing: HARC installs and maintains fences for Rural Properties, including boundary fencing, paddock fencing, and other types of Rural Fencing.

• Slashing and Mowing and Vegetation Management: HARC provides Slashing and Mowing, and Vegetation Management services to maintain the appearance and functionality of Rural Properties.

• Land Clearing and Site Preparation: HARC clears and prepares land for development, construction, or other uses.

• Other related services: HARC provides a range of other services, including Property Maintenance, lawn care, and pest control.

Service Fees

HARC’s service fees are as follows:

• Acreage and Rural Fencing: HARC’s fees for Rural Fencing services will be calculated based on the size and complexity of the project, as well as the type and quality of materials used.

• Slashing and Mowing and Vegetation Management: HARC’s fees for Slashing and Mowing and Vegetation Management services will be calculated based on the size of the Rural Property and the level of service required.

• Land Clearing and Site Preparation: HARC’s fees for Land Clearing and Site Preparation services will be calculated based on the size and complexity of the project, as well as the type and quality of equipment and labour used.

• Other related services: HARC’s fees for other related services will be calculated based on the type and scope of the service required.

Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to secure a booking.

• The balance of the service fee is due on completion of the service.

• HARC accepts payment methods, e.g., cash, credit card, bank transfer.

• Late payment fees may apply to accounts that are not paid in full by the due date.

Cancellation Policy

• If a client cancels a booking with more than seven days’ notice, HARC will refund the deposit minus a cancellation fee.

• If a client cancels a booking with less than seven days’ notice, HARC will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.

• HARC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Warranty and Liability

• HARC warrants that its services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.

• HARC is not liable for any damage or loss arising from its services, except to the extent that such damage or loss is caused by HARC’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

• HARC is not liable for any damage or loss arising from the client’s failure to comply with HARC’s instructions or recommendations.

Confidentiality

• HARC will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data, except as required by law or as necessary to provide its services.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland.

Entire Agreement

• These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between HARC and the client and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

Amendments

• HARC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

Binding Effect

• These Terms and Conditions will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of HARC and the client and their respective successors, assigns, and personal representatives.

Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through necessary legal processes.

By accessing or using HARC’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
